Prograde Exteriors is top-notch! Jason was fantastic to work with, his communication was always extremely prompt and professional, which made the entire experience feel easy. When looking for contractors to do home upgrades, it is important to feel valued and treated like a paying customer in a professional manner. Jason provided that, hands down. The installation crew did a great job on the project itself, to include identifying problem areas of plywood that had warped, and replacing them to ensure roof installation was correct. The crew left our property spotless after they were finished. On top of the excellent service, the price was very competitive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll be recommending them to all my neighbors and friends.

You won’t be disappointed. Our roof sustained damage from the July 2024 storm. After 2 contractors and no follow through, we found Prograde Exteriors. We needed someone to be a liaison between us and the big name insurance company. Mitch at Prograde was that liaison. Mitch also listened to our preferences and explained everything in detail. Our roof and gutters look amazing and we didn’t pay anything out of pocket. We will

I had a great experience with ProGrade Roofing. Juan came out to look at my roof, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and went above and beyond to help me understand an insurance claim for a retaining wall, even though it wasn’t related to roofing. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even referred me to the right people who could help with the retaining wall. Juan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend ProGrade Roofing and working with Juan.

I struggled with my claim until David and Prograde Exterior stepped in. After that it was beyond taken care of. They were able to take a simple claim and get the repairs that needed to be made with no effort to myself. David communicated every step of the way and answered questions immediately. I didn’t have to worry at all with the insurance and got an amazing looking house! I would suggest David and Prograde Exteriors to anyone looking for help. They are beyond a 5 star company!

Let me start by saying I am very picky super detailed person. Derek and Prograde knocked it out of the park. Quality detail work done throughout surpassing expectations!!! Derek was so wonderful explaining everything each step of the way I was always involved but he handled everything with insurance taking all the stress away. When we couldn’t settle 100% on color showed me mock ups and visuals to help me see and we picked the most wonderful blue!!!!!! Thank you is not enough for their help in this big journey!!!!

I had an excellent experience working with Prograde Exteriors! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. They handled both roofing and exterior repairs on my home, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations.

He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions, and made sure the project stayed on schedule. Prograde exteriors did an excellent job with our roof and gutters. I worked closely with Miguel, who was outstanding throughout the entire process. He handled communication with our insurance company and kept me informed every step of the way. The team was honest and transparent about any delays as well as accommodating. They truly do go above and beyond for their clients. I highly recommend Prograde Exteriors to anyone in need of home exterior work.

ProGrade Exteriors is A++++++! Even with some issues (I feel to be expected with such a large job. They did our siding, garage door, a window, roof and gutters), they corrected what I wasn't thrilled about and made sure it was done right.
I believe they went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I have worked with a lot of businesses and not many will work so hard to please the customer. Prograde is one of the few that will!
Jason was a rockstar and fabulous to work with. He came in site many times prior to the jobs starting and made sure everything... Siding, trim, etc was exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond by looking for another brand of aluminum wrap to match the whites better. After the jobs started, he continued to come out and check in with us and the crew. He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process to make sure all was going well and that we were happy. On the last day of the job, he came out and made sure I was home so we could walk through it all together and make sure we were completely satisfied. The crew was still here so they could fix anything that needed corrected. Minor things but they still stayed on site to get them finished.
Initially, I was questioning to use Prograde because they had minimal reviews but I am all about supporting smaller companies and I am so happy I did. I wouldn't change a thing.

We had an excellent experience with Prograde Exteriors. Our representative,Juan Castrejon, couldn’t have been more helpful. He made sure that we got every bit of settlement that we deserved. He handled all negotiations with the insurance company and we never once had to deal with them ourselves. We got a new roof (which was a combination flat and sloped), new gutters and new steel siding on the house and both detached garages. We are delighted with the results.
