Jason and his team are professionals and most importantly honest professionals. We had a bit of an issue when trying to close on a home and had no idea what to do. Jason and team were brought in as a reference by our amazing realtor and completed the repairs needed...the right way!! No need to look around folks, this is your team! Prograde Exteriors.

Prograde Exteriors is top-notch! Jason was fantastic to work with, his communication was always extremely prompt and professional, which made the entire experience feel easy. When looking for contractors to do home upgrades, it is important to feel valued and treated like a paying customer in a professional manner. Jason provided that, hands down. The installation crew did a great job on the project itself, to include identifying problem areas of plywood that had warped, and replacing them to ensure roof installation was correct. The crew left our property spotless after they were finished. On top of the excellent service, the price was very competitive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll be recommending them to all my neighbors and friends.

You won’t be disappointed. Our roof sustained damage from the July 2024 storm. After 2 contractors and no follow through, we found Prograde Exteriors. We needed someone to be a liaison between us and the big name insurance company. Mitch at Prograde was that liaison. Mitch also listened to our preferences and explained everything in detail. Our roof and gutters look amazing and we didn’t pay anything out of pocket. We will definitely use Prograde in the future.

I had a great experience with ProGrade Roofing. Juan came out to look at my roof, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and went above and beyond to help me understand an insurance claim for a retaining wall, even though it wasn’t related to roofing. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even referred me to the right people who could help with the retaining wall. Juan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend ProGrade Roofing and working with Juan.

ProGrade Exteriors does an outstanding job from start to finish. The quality of their craftsmanship truly shows — every detail was done with care and precision. Juan Castrejon is a class act: professional, honest, communicative, and clearly proud of the work his team delivers. It’s rare to find a company that combines great workmanship with genuine integrity, but ProGrade Exteriors does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality exterior work.

I struggled with my claim until David and Prograde Exterior stepped in. After that it was beyond taken care of. They were able to take a simple claim and get the repairs that needed to be made with no effort to myself. David communicated every step of the way and answered questions immediately. I didn’t have to worry at all with the insurance and got an amazing looking house! I would suggest David and Prograde Exteriors to anyone looking for help. They are beyond a 5 star company!

Let me start by saying I am very picky super detailed person. Derek and Prograde knocked it out of the park. Quality detail work done throughout surpassing expectations!!! Derek was so wonderful explaining everything each step of the way I was always involved but he handled everything with insurance taking all the stress away. When we couldn’t settle 100% on color showed me mock ups and visuals to help me see and we picked the most wonderful blue!!!!!! Thank you is not enough for their help in this big journey!!!!

I had an excellent experience working with Prograde Exteriors! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. They handled both roofing and exterior repairs on my home, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. A special shoutout to David Osuna, the project manager, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions, and made sure the project stayed on schedule. It's rare to find a company that combines great communication with high-quality craftsmanship, but Prograde Exteriors absolutely delivered. Highly recommend them if you're looking for reliable, top-notch exterior work!

ProGrade Exteriors is A++++++! Even with some issues (I feel to be expected with such a large job. They did our siding, garage door, a window, roof and gutters), they corrected what I wasn't thrilled about and made sure it was done right. I believe they went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I have worked with a lot of businesses and not many will work so hard to please the customer. Prograde is one of the few that will! Jason was a rockstar and fabulous to work with. He came in site many times prior to the jobs starting and made sure everything... Siding, trim, etc was exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond by looking for another brand of aluminum wrap to match the whites better. After the jobs started, he continued to come out and check in with us and the crew. He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process to make sure all was going well and that we were happy. On the last day of the job, he came out and made sure I was home so we could walk through it all together and make sure we were completely satisfied. The crew was still here so they could fix anything that needed corrected. Minor things but they still stayed on site to get them finished. Initially, I was questioning to use Prograde because they had minimal reviews but I am all about supporting smaller companies and I am so happy I did. I wouldn't change a thing. Everyone I met with Prograde was outstanding to include the crew! Thank you so much for being the best y'all can be! I would recommend Prograde to anyone with no hesitation! Thank you all for your professionalism, thoroughness and willingness to be all about the consumer! Now, I just need to up my landscaping game to match the new digs. 😁

We had an excellent experience with Prograde Exteriors. Our representative,Juan Castrejon, couldn’t have been more helpful. He made sure that we got every bit of settlement that we deserved. He handled all negotiations with the insurance company and we never once had to deal with them ourselves. We got a new roof (which was a combination flat and sloped), new gutters and new steel siding on the house and both detached garages. We are delighted with the results.

We were extremely happy with the repairs and thorough work done by ProGrade Exteriors. Juan was professional and patient working with our insurance company multiple times to provide us with the highest possible insurance claim. He led us through a process that was unfamiliar to us and answered our questions.

100 stars if I could. Juan is great. We had no idea our problem was big or small. The honesty was the best part. Luckily our leak was minor, and a quick fix, yet we had no idea this was the case. Juan just used his expertise and fixed our problem in no time. Looked over our roof for any other issues as a courtesy. Please call these guys! You’ll be happ you did.

Kyle did a great job working with my insurance company. My insurance company was not easy to work with, but Kyle and Juan walked the roof with the inspector and got my roof fully covered in 2 days. The installers were very nice, respectful and CLEAN! Kyle walked around my house cleaning as they were working knowing I have a small child and 3 dogs. I recommend these guys 100%

This company is AMAZING!! They are HONEST, hardworking, good people. Did I say honest? I would highly recommend and would hire them again and again. Derek stuck with us and supported us getting new siding on our entire house. It wouldn’t have happened without him. He truly cares about his customers. This company is a cut above others. DO hire them for your roofing, siding needs. You won’t be sorry. Thank you, ProGrade!!
