I’m Juan Castrejon, founder and owner of Prograde Exteriors in Omaha, Nebraska. My journey in the trades started in 2005, cleaning job sites and learning the ropes alongside my dad and his four brothers—seasoned roofers who taught me the true meaning of hard work, resilience, and uncompromising quality.

In 2017, I expanded into general contracting and the full scope of exterior trades. By 2020, I channeled that hands-on experience and passion into launching Prograde Exteriors. Today, we specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and storm damage restoration—delivering custom, high-quality solutions with a relentless focus on fairness.

Outside of work, I’m a devoted dad to two incredible young daughters who keep me grounded and motivated every day. I’m also an avid freshwater aquarist—tending my tanks with the same patience, precision, and commitment to excellence that I bring to every roof and exterior project. At Prograde, we’re not just building or repairing homes; we’re building lasting trust, one honest job at a time.

I’m Francisco Gutierrez, Senior Project Manager at Prograde Exteriors.

I studied Welding Technology before starting my career with Prograde Exteriors in 2022.
Since joining the company, I’ve been deeply involved in production, estimating, and leading my own team of salesmen.
Outside of work, I enjoy golf and am an avid football fan.

Jason Gunnell brings over two decades in construction, focusing on exterior remodeling and storm restoration. With experience at various remodeling companies, he excels in navigating insurance claims by using the same systems and methods as adjusters to ensure homeowners maximize their coverage. From roofs and siding to windows, gutters, and even lawn fixtures damaged in storms, Jason inspects every angle to capture the full toll—no shortcuts. Friendly and approachable, he’s easy to get along with, never pushy, and genuinely dedicated to working shoulder-to-shoulder till folks stand whole once more.

My name is Kyle Malik, and I am a Senior Project Manager at Prograde Exteriors with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
I take pride in guiding homeowners through every step of the repair or renovation process for their home’s exterior, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience from start to finish.

My approach is built on attention to detail, and a strong dedication to executing each homeowner’s vision. At Prograde Exteriors, we use only premium materials paired with expert installers to deliver durable, high-quality results. From storm restoration to cosmetic upgrades, I ensure that Prograde Exteriors is your one-stop shop for professional exterior services, committed to craftsmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing football, pickleball, and golf, as well as spending time with my fiancée and our dog, Alfred.

Miguel Castrejon has been in the roofing industry since 2014 and brings a hands-on, detail-focused approach to every project.
As a senior project manager, he helps homeowners navigate the repair process from the initial inspection through completion, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and doing the job right the first time. With a background in insurance restoration, Miguel ensures repairs are properly documented and completed to code.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, as well as playing football and golf.

My name is David Osuna, and I joined Prograde Exteriors in March of 2025, where I was introduced to the exterior construction industry. From the very beginning, I’ve been driven by a genuine desire to learn, grow, and fully understand what it takes to properly protect and strengthen a home. Working alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team has provided me with invaluable experience and a foundation I’m proud to build upon and share with homeowners and others.

I am committed to continuous improvement, always working to better myself both professionally and personally. Family is my foundation, and in my free time, I enjoy playing sports or seeking out new adventures.

I approach every project with care, integrity, and purpose. No job is too big or too small, and we are always ready to help homeowners protect what matters most. My mission is to deliver dependable solutions, honest guidance, and lasting peace of mind. My team and I are here to help—every step of the way.

I am Mitch Lesinski, Project Manager at Prograde Exteriors. I work closely with all our other team members and enjoy going the extra mile for our customers.

Before joining Prograde in spring of 2025, I worked in the Mechanical & Utility Services industry. When I am not working, I enjoy playing golf and going fishing.
