1. COMPLETE HOME INSPECTION

We inspect the full exterior of your home from top to bottom for any findings that could be attributed to storm damage. We then create a photo report to fully document, justify and explain repairs to your insurance carriers.

2. MEETING WITH YOUR INSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE

We meet with your insurance for a joint inspection to review our findings, acting in the homeowner's best interest to indemnify them for the losses. Having a contractor at your adjustment ensures all scope of work necessary gets covered to get your home back to its prior state.

3. AGREEING ON THE SCOPE OF REPAIRS

We will not let insurance take advantage of you! Prograde Exteriors will act in the property owner's best interest every step of the way. We provide insurance with all required documents and estimates, making sure they pay for permits and any compliance to building codes. We deal directly with them so you don't have to.

4. PRODUCTION PROCESS

We will pull all permits, coordinate delivery of materials, ensure all materials are on site and schedule crews for your home repairs. We guarantee a professional workforce and a clean jobsite throughout the production process.

5. FINAL INSPECTIONS AND BILLING

When required, we will meet city inspectors to review work completed, once your project is complete, we will bill insurance for you and inform them to release remaining funds. Once released, final payment is processed.

6. WARRANTIES AND EXTRAS

We will file material warranties with manufacturers so you don't have to. We issue workmanship warranties immediately to get you the documents you need! Did we mention, we offer a $200.00 referral bonus?
